Organizational shrinks, and “I’s”

There was some discussion in yesterday’s meeting about interviews by industrial-organizational psychologists, Wonderlic tests and Myers-Briggs. As a high “I” on the MBTI, this recent NY Times article resonated with me.

“Success Isn’t Meant for Extroverts Alone.”

And while I was researching the right word to use for the paragraph above, there was another link to a US News and World Report article entitled “Why a Psychologist Might Be at Your Next Interview.” Apparently, it’s all about fit…
